Использование методов молекулярной цитогенетики в исследованиях отдаленных гибридов картофеля

Аннотация

Данный обзор посвящен рассмотрению результатов изучения межвидовой гибридизации, полиплоидии и филогенетических отношений видов рода Solanum и представителей близких к нему таксонов, с использованием методов молекулярной цитогенетики, таких как гибридизация ДНК-ДНК in situ: геномная – GISH и флуоресцентная – FISH. Метод GISH был использован для определения геномного состава и происхождения ряда диких видов секции Petota. Метод FISH используют для выявления коллинеарности геномов разных видов. Такого рода исследования позволяют проводить сравнительный анализ кариотипов и геномов, а также способствуют лучшему пониманию взаимодействия хромосом в мейозе у гибридов. В данном обзоре сделан акцент на изучении диких аллополиплоидных видов картофеля с помощью методов молекулярной цитогенетики, рассмотрены результаты анализа искусственно созданных межродовых и межвидовых гибридов рода Solanum и их потомства.
